This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered on this day between The Love Bug Studio & The Renter/Lessee of this contract. The Renter/Lessee will include the name, address, phone number, email address and location of where The Love Bug will be delivered with the specific time and date, and the location of the event. The Renter/Lessee authorizes that they have the legal right to rent The Love Bug at the location that is requested.

 

The Love Bug Description

The Owner agrees to rent the following equipment to the Renter:
Equipment: The Love Bug is a mobile shell of a vintage car that is used as a display of multiple uses that is up to the renter which will accept what the purpose will be used for. 

 

Rental Term

  • Start Date and End Date 
  • Will be established on order form from the website 

Use of Equipment

  • The Renter agrees to use the equipment in a careful and proper manner and only for its intended purpose.
  • The equipment shall not be altered, modified, or used unlawfully. Alcohol and Drug Uses are not attributed to The Love Bug Studio. The Love Bug should not be moved when it is delivered unless a request is approved and the wheel choks should  stay in place of The Love Bug.

Maintenance and Repairs

  • Normal maintenance will be the responsibility of the Owner.
  • Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or abuse will be the responsibility of the Renter.

Return of Equipment

  • The Renter agrees to return the equipment in the same condition as received, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
  • Late returns may be subject to additional charges of $250 per day.
  • The Love Bug will need to be accessible for pickup at the time the contact states.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts
