• Please do not order a single-tier cake if you are planning on driving/transporting it for more than 90 minutes. Please do not order a two-tier cake if you are planning on driving/transporting it more than 45 minutes. Buttercream cakes are extremely fragile.
• If the date you want is not available, that means it’s fully booked – cakes last in the fridge up to 4 days after pickup, so if your event date is booked, you can select a date up to 4 days before it.
• We require 7 days notice for all cake orders – late orders will be subject to a rush fee.
• We offer pickup Wedsnesday-Saturday in South Boston only – we do NOT deliver.
• Once you submit an order, we will email you within 72 hours with an order confirmation, price quote, and precise pick up location.
• Once you confirm the proposed price quote, we will send a reply email and an invoice which must be paid within 72 hours of receipt in order to secure your cake.
• We book month-to-month – order forms for new months will open on the 1st of the previous month.
• If you need to make a change to your order, please email us. We do not communicate about outstanding cake orders through Instagram.

RETURN POLICY: We offer a 30% refund on cake orders cancelled more than 2 weeks before pickup date. Cake orders cancelled within 2 weeks of pickup date are non-refundable.
